Las Vegas No 1 In Football

I come from Texas, which is synonymous with high school football. (Friday Night Lights anyone?)

But lookee here. USA Today just ranked Bishop Gorman No. 1 in its national high school football rankings.  And what's more, this is the THIRD consecutive season the Gaels received USA Today's top honor.

A Texas high school did finish at No. 3: DeSoto, which is a suburb of Dallas. IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida finished second.

And you can get a darn good education at Bishop Gorman, a private Catholic high school. See, there's a lot more to Las Vegas than casinos.
